The drug dealers are caught by the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

CHARLOTT COUNTY, Florida. The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit and SWAT were able to arrest Wayne K. Wieder and Steven Alexander Lane on several drug-related charges.

The Narcotics Division received numerous intels about the house dating back to February 2022. Several drug-related traffic stops were traced back to this house, eventually leading to half a dozen drug arrests.

Inside the house, deputies found methamphetamines and fentanyl inside the house, leading to the arrest of Veder and Lane.

Both Veder and Lane were charged with possession of controlled substances without a prescription.
