The Clark Girls won the Class 6A Basketball State Championship by defeating DeSoto

The Cougars defeated DeSoto High School 42–37 in the class 6A state championship game. DeSoto had won the last two titles and was going to win three in a row.

Clarke are the first team from the region to win the title since Judson in 2019. Arianna Roberson was awarded the Most Valuable Player award.

Clark finished the season with a 34-3 record.
