The affidavit offers new details on the shooting of an Orlando TV news crew, a 9-year-old girl and her mother.

ORANGE COUNTY, Florida. – An arrest warrant sworn statement released Tuesday morning contains details of last week’s Pine Hills shooting that killed a 9-year-old girl and an Orlando TV journalist and injured the girl’s mother and TV photographer.

Keith Moses, 19, now faces additional charges of murder and attempted murder. Earlier, Moses was charged with the murder of 38-year-old Natasha Augustine, who was shot dead earlier in the day. According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Moses shot Augustine around 11 a.m. and returned to the area a few hours later.

According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Moses entered a home near the site of the original shooting and fatally shot 9-year-old Tionna Major and wounded her mother. He then shot Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons and wounded his photographer Jesse Walden, according to deputies.

The chronology in the affidavit shows that Moses entered the house on Harrington Drive through an unlocked back door around 3:53 pm and shot 9-year-old T’onna. The mother of the girl, who was sleeping, said she was awakened by her daughter’s scream, “He shot at me,” as she ran to the bedroom, according to the sworn statement.

The girl’s mother, whose name has not been released, said she heard two shots and felt the bullet hit her arm, the affidavit said. The two hid in the bathroom until the police arrived. According to the affidavit, the girl was able to tell her mother what the shooter looked like.

Minutes later, an affidavit states that Lyons, 24, was in the passenger seat of News 13’s car while Walden, 29, was getting a camera out of the trunk to prepare for a live shoot. Walden told deputies that he saw Moses approaching the back of the car and then opened fire, the affidavit said.

Walden fell to the ground and said that Moses kept shooting at him before he started shooting at the car in which Lyons was sitting, according to the affidavit. There were several bullet holes in the car, including one in the driver’s window, investigators said.

According to the affidavit, a nearby news team provided assistance and was able to film Moses on video, which was provided to investigators.

Officials said 911 calls about the shooting came in at 4:05 pm for Lyons and Walden and 4:08 pm for Tionna and her mother.

According to deputies, a warrant for Moses’s arrest had been obtained earlier in the day at the execution of Augustine. Moses was found around 4:30 p.m. with a firearm in his pocket, which officials said was still hot to the touch, and was taken into custody.

Moses now faces three charges of first-degree murder, two charges of attempted first-degree murder, and a charge of armed burglary for the shootings of Augustin, Tionne, Lyons, Walden, and the girl’s mother.
