His death is being investigated as a suspected suicide, an NYPD spokesman said.

Sources said the man was the founder and partner of an investment company in Connecticut.

This is the second time in less than four months that a person has fallen out of the same hotel bar.

In October, aspiring model Elizabeth Gaglewski of Queens fell out of Bar 54 and hit a 27th-floor balcony, according to the NYPD. The 26-year-old woman was remembered by the family as “sweet and loving.”
