Texas Department of Public Safety issued an Endangered Missing Person Alert for a 17-year-old

Grand Prairie, Texas – Grand Prairie police are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating a missing intellectually disabled teen who was last seen in the city on Friday evening. The teenager that went missing is said to be a 17-year-old.

The Texas Department of Public Safety issued an Endangered Missing Person Alert for Chadrick Avery on Saturday.

Authorities provided a description of Avery, saying he is a Black male standing at 5’ 6″ tall, weighing around 160 pounds, and having brown eyes and black hair.

Avery was wearing black shorts, a white tank top, and Nike tennis shoes the last time he was seen in the 900 block of Duncan Perry Road at 11 p.m. on Friday.
