The aging tech mogul who spends $2 million a year to get the body of an 18-year-old girl was a serial scammer who dumped his fiancée while she was being treated for breast cancer, according to a high-profile lawsuit filed by his jilted mistress.

Brian Johnson, 45, made headlines last month thanks to his expensive exercise regimen, special diet and even hooking up to a machine that counts his nocturnal erections.

But his former lover, television actress Taryn Southern, alleged in a complaint that the multimillionaire forced her to accept his debauched lifestyle and kicked her out of their Los Angeles home after she was diagnosed with cancer.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in October 2021, Southern alleges Johnson was “manipulated” and “controlled” during their three-year relationship, which ended in 2019.

Johnson, in turn, accuses Southern of trying to blackmail him by “threatening[ing] make outlandish and obscene statements about [him] in public forums, unless he paid for her exorbitant demands,” reads a separate document.

When The Post contacted The Post on Thursday, a lawyer for Southern declined to comment. Inquiries to Johnson’s lawyers went unanswered.

Yuzhny, who has made guest appearances on Rules of Participation, New Girl, and American Dad! They moved in with Johnson four months after they first met in 2016, according to court documents. According to her, in March 2018 they got engaged.

But the affair with the divorced fitness fanatic was not easy.

Southern alleges that Johnson “pressured her to allow him to have sex with other women” despite her “repeated requests for monogamy,” according to the statement.

She also alleged that Johnson had affairs with “more than a dozen women” during their relationship, paid prostitutes, and stalked women through “Sugar Daddy” apps, according to the lawsuit.

Johnson, who made his fortune selling payment processing company Braintree Payment Solution to EBay for $800 million in cash, demanded Southern “share with him a complete list of her past sexual partners and a description of the sexual acts that took place,” the lawsuit says. .

Johnson argued that he needed to know about her past exploits because “he was concerned that he was at risk of reputation as a result of her being with or dating other men” – even though he “dated – and slept with many women after the divorce and before meeting her, ”the court file says.

His fanatical insistence on privacy required that Southern “only communicate with him through the Signal private messaging app, where he could set message disappearances to restrict the recording of his messages,” the lawsuit says. Johnson was also speculated to have used “several disposable phones”.

According to the lawsuit, Southern provided friendships and “intellectual and professional” services for various business projects.

She helped Johnson with “developing and marketing his personal brand, helping with a documentary about the brain he hoped to fund, marketing efforts for his children’s book, advice and ideas on several venture capital investments, and developing and implementing branding.” [and] marketing initiatives for its self-financing company Kernel,” the lawsuit says.

Johnson agreed to provide “lifetime financial support” to Southern, according to the lawsuit, although he pulled it out once she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Johnson is alleged to have told Southen that she was “pure negativity” and a “bad deal” for him, the lawsuit says.

As part of the couple’s divorce, the lawsuit alleges Johnson violated “an express verbal or implied agreement whereby he would pay $149,000 for her living and moving expenses in exchange for Ms Southern’s promise to start looking for new housing as soon as possible.”

Southern is seeking unspecified damages from Johnson.

Lawyers for Johnson filed court documents alleging that Southern signed three contracts with her ex-fiancé that contained “mandatory arbitration clauses” requiring the case to be heard outside the California court system.

In court documents, Johnson’s lawyers accused her of violating the terms of her written contracts, which require any disputes to be resolved by arbitration.

“Now at least her third set of lawyers, [Southern] took to the court system in an attempt to humiliate Mr. Johnson and force him to give in” to her demands for money, according to a lawsuit filed by Johnson’s lawyers.

“Mr. Johnson refuses extortion,” the lawyers wrote in the statement of claim.

“The right forum to discuss these unfounded grievances and resolve Mr. Johnson’s forthcoming claims against [Southern] for her misconduct and violation of her contracts – arbitration, ”the lawsuit says.

Johnson rose to prominence last month after revealing he is paying a team of 30 doctors and regenerative care experts to oversee his extreme wellness regimen.

According to Johnson, his goal is to eventually have all of his major organs, including his brain, liver, kidneys, teeth, skin, hair, penis and rectum, function the way they did in his late teens.
