Taylor Decker of the Lions criticized FedEx on Twitter for missing a shipment of breast milk for his baby
INKSTER, MI (FOX 2) – Detroit Lions forward Taylor Decker is unhappy with FedEx over a lost package and has criticized the company on social media.
Decker and his wife were shipping breast milk for his 3-month-old daughter and said the perishable package was not only lost, but claims FedEx is not refunding him.
Shout out to @FedEx for losing my perishable 24 hour supply of milk for my newborn and saying there’s nothing they can do and won’t refund me. What a joke,” he tweeted.
One of his 114,300 followers responded that he should check with grocery stores for a replacement. He replied that his wife’s breast milk had gone missing.
“Well, unfortunately it was my wife’s breast milk, which she pumped and froze so we could transport it during the off-season. Unfortunately, it cannot be replaced, so I am angry,” he wrote in response.
The FedEx Help Twitter account responded, promising to try to help. TMZ reports that the shipping company “promises to help” him.
Meanwhile, Decker is still upset and reported when a subscriber sent in an offer to use a different shipping company.
“Word. I will never go back,” he replied.
