Stolen motorbike leads to arrest of two drug dealers

Punta Gorda, Florida. A motorcycle stolen from the North Port was recovered from a house in Punta Gorda by North Port Police and the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office. After cleaning the house, officers found drugs in a prominent place, prompting a search warrant.

John H. Anthony, 55, and Raymond A. Dionne, 57, were in the house at the time.

The search turned up various forms of drug paraphernalia and live firearms ammunition of various calibers.

Both John Anthony and Raymond Dionne were arrested and charged with:

• Multiple instances of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription
• Possession/use of drug paraphernalia
• Among other accusations
