St. Lucie County Deputies Probe Suspicious Death as Homicide

St. Lucie County, Florida – The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office announced on Saturday night that the “suspicious death” of a 32-year-old man is now being investigated as a homicide. Authorities were alerted to the incident at approximately 9:40 a.m. when deputies responded to a call in Port St. Lucie. The caller, a roommate, had returned home in the morning and discovered the deceased individual.

The address where the incident took place is located in the 180 block of Soneto Court, Port St. Lucie. Detectives, in their initial investigation, have classified the case as a homicide. As a result, Sheriff Keith Pearson is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying any potential witnesses who may have observed or heard anything between 11 p.m. on Friday night and 9 a.m. on Saturday morning.
