Melgar has been contacted for comment.

The work of the winning muralist can become saw a lot of people. In addition to being close to I-280, the Balboa Park BART, and the J-Church Muni line, Havelock Street is an important link for biking to Noé Valley and Mission via the planned Slow Street at Cayuga Avenue.
