Savannah Guthrie and her husband Michael Feldman are hoping to part ways with their five-year-old New York City apartment.

Located in Tribeca, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence went on the market on Monday for $7.1 million.

The Today host and her former Democrat councilor husband bought the house in 2017 for about $7.114 million — meaning they’re willing to accept a loss of roughly $14,000 if the house were to be sold hand-to-hand at its current list price. price plus repair cost. over the years.

The couple got married just three years earlier, in 2014. They told the Wall Street Journal, which first reported the listing, that it was the first home they bought together.

While in the boutique building, Guthrie said that the first thing that attracted her to this building was its modesty.

“I never liked those huge buildings that you walk into and feel like you could be in a hotel,” Guthrie told the magazine. “It’s a cute little building.”

She added that they were willing to give up their full-story loft in exchange for a townhouse in the city, describing it as a “vision and a dream” to live in it.

The over 3,700-square-foot loft features 10-foot ceilings and a bespoke marble and white oak bar.

The chef’s open kitchen features expansive floor-to-ceiling furniture, a polished black Saint Laurent marble center island and a full range of Gaggenau appliances, including a wine cooler and ventilated extractor fan, the description says.

The first suite has a fireplace and walk-in closet. The bathroom, finished in Carrera marble and bluestone, has a deep soaking tub below the flat-screen TV and a separate shower.

Guthrie, 51, and Feldman, 54, bought the 20-acre estate for $2.7 million in 2014, the same year they bought their Manhattan home.
