SAN DIEGO (CUSI) – On Friday, January 13, the SANDAG board will meet with a new executive board. Many believe that the voices of some voters are not heard due to the recently introduced system of weighted voting, but does this concern our representatives?

Dan Plante of KUSI reports that there appears to be a fix in SANDAG.
