San Francisco police looking for missing 28-year-old at-risk man

The San Francisco Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit is asking the public for help in finding a missing adult.

Edwin Cruz Serrano was last seen leaving his residence on San Francisco’s Edinburgh Street between Excelsior and Brasil Avenues on Sunday at around 5pm.

It is believed that he went on business around the corner on Excelsior Street between the streets of Naples and Edinburgh, but did not return home.

Police say he is considered “at risk” due to his medical condition.

Cruz Serrano is described as a 28-year-old Hispanic 5’2″, weighing about 110 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue trousers and black shoes.

Anyone who finds Mr. Cruz Serrano should call 911 and report his current whereabouts and physical description. Anyone with information on his possible whereabouts is asked to call SFPD Help Desk at (415) 575-4444 or send a message to TIP411 and start a text message with the SFPD. You can remain anonymous.
