Robbery suspect teen arrested in Morgan Hill, firearms and drugs found
MORGAN HILL, Calif. (KION-TV) — Morgan Hill Police said a 16-year-old was arrested Thursday for a robbery reported at a Target facility located at 1061 Cochrane Road.
Police responded at 7:46 p.m. after reports that a young man walked away from loss prevention on Monday without paying for several items.
On Thursday, Morgan Hill police spotted a suspect inside a car. According to the police, traffic was stopped, the suspect was detained.
Police then served a warrant at the teen’s home and found stolen items, firearms and drugs, police said. they were placed in the Santa Clara Juvenile Prison for robbery, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of controlled substances, and possession of brass knuckles.
