Real estate firm from hit Netflix reality series Sunset Sale opens San Diego office

Sale Sunset is a popular American reality television show that premiered on the Netflix streaming service in March 2019. It has five seasons so far, with more to come. The program revolves around the Oppenheim Group, a major real estate brokerage firm in the Los Angeles area with offices in West Hollywood and Newport Beach. In 2021, the series was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program.

“We are opening our fourth office soon… in San Diego!” wrote Jason Oppenheim, co-founder of the Oppenheim Group. “Amazing office space of almost 3,000 sq. feet in the heart of La Jolla, on the corner of two of the best pedestrian streets, Prospect and Girard Avenue. I am very excited about our expansion in San Diego. County and all the great agents we’re taking on board.”

The sixth season of Sale Sunset is expected to premiere this summer, but filming has already wrapped. The series has also been renewed for a seventh season, which may include scenes from the new San Diego office.
