Police say 2 people are wanted in 4 Best Buy car fires in Lake County.

LADY LAKE, Florida. – Police are looking for two people after several Best Buy cars were set on fire on Friday, according to the Lady Lake Police Department.

Fires were ignited in four Best Buy vans early Friday around 5:08 am, officers said.

Store employees provided police with CCTV footage showing two people approaching the vans in a yellow vehicle that police believe is a 05-2012 Chevy Cobalt or a Pontiac G6.

Lake Lady Police said one person got out of the car and may have broken into one of the vans, taking the computer from inside.

The footage then shows the yellow car leaving the parking lot for a nearby Longhorn steakhouse, and the man walking from the steakhouse parking lot back to the Best Buy cars, police said.

Officers also reported that a man was seen running away from the vans two minutes later when one of them caught fire. The man was then seen running towards the Longhorn Steakhouse before returning to the van and then running back towards the steakhouse, police said.

The fire is under investigation.
