Pepper spray man steals scooter in downtown San Francisco

Police said a man was pepper sprayed and his scooter was taken from him in downtown San Francisco.

According to the San Francisco Police Department, the 32-year-old victim was robbed near Clay and Davis streets in the city’s financial district on February 10 at around 3:35 p.m.

“The victim was approached by an unidentified adult male suspected of having sprayed pepper spray on him and then forcibly stole his scooter and fled the scene,” a police spokesman said. “The victim was not injured during the incident. No arrests have been made.”
