Parents Identified as Victims in Apparent Quadruple Homicide in Plainsboro
Plainsboro, NJ – A homicide investigation is currently underway in Plainsboro, as announced by Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief Eamon Blanchard of the Plainsboro Police Department. The incident occurred on October 4, 2023, at around 4:37 p.m., when authorities received a 911 call requesting a welfare check at a residence on Titus Lane.
Upon arrival at the scene, the Plainsboro Police Department discovered the lifeless bodies of four individuals inside the house. The victims have been identified as Tej Pratap Singh, 43, Sonal Parihar, 42, and their two children, a 10-year-old male and a 6-year-old female. The investigation into this tragic event is still ongoing, and autopsies are being conducted today to determine the cause of death.
Detective Will Atkinson from the Plainsboro Police Department and Detective Javier Morillo from the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office are leading the initial investigation. Based on their findings, it has been determined that there is no immediate threat to the public’s safety.
