OLD’DAYS in Midtown, Sérêvène in Miami Beach invite you and your best friends to celebrate Valentine’s Day

Get away, Cupid. Valentine’s Day may not be far off, but there is a better holiday dedicated to friendship.

Let’s hear it for girls! We’re checking out two SoFlo restaurants preparing for Galentine Day.

Amy Poehler (as Leslie Knope): “It’s the best day of the year! Every February 13, my friends and I leave our husbands and boyfriends at home and just come to have breakfast. Ladies celebrate ladies.”

OLD’DAYS in Midtown is dedicated to the ladies.

Neisyci Fuentes: “The day of the Galentines is about friendship, so you can go somewhere with your friends, and if you are single, you can come with your friends and have fun here.”

This SoFlo commercial celebrates Galentine Day by starting the morning off right.

Neisyci Fuentes: So OL’ DAYS will have special pancakes, chocolate pancakes.”

It is worth flipping the special chocolate pancakes because they are covered in white chocolate and berry mixture. Yum! You gave me chocolate.

Rachel Samson: “I love that the pancakes are chocolate, a big stack of goodies.”

It’s not a holiday without flowers. This is where the Lychee Rose cocktail comes in handy.

Neisyci Fuentes: “This has some lychee syrup in it, as well as rose water. It’s a bit sweet and also feels like a very refreshing drink.”

You don’t like alcohol? Well, OL’ DAYS has fun non-alcoholic cocktails like the Butterfly Pea Cloud, which changes color when you add lemon juice.

And to sweeten the deal…

Neisyci Fuentes: “On Valentine’s Day, we’ll be offering two-for-one cocktails and soft drinks all day long.”

I’ll drink to that!

Valentine’s Day goes global at Sérêvène in Miami Beach.

Chef Pawan Pinizetti: “Sérêvène is a French-Japanese restaurant. It’s more than just cuisine, it adapts the best of both philosophies: lots of French flair and Japanese precision.”

This restaurant wants you to feel bubbly – champagne style!

Chef Pavan Pinizetti: “We propose to pour free bubbles on Chef P, which I am.”

Food is the main love language here.

Chef Pawan Pinizetti: “Everything is designed and designed to be shared.”

On this special day, Chef P recommends the beetroot carpaccio with apple jelly, which should look like rose petals, and the Uni-Alfredo full-bodied lobster.

Chef Pawan Pinizetti: “We add a layer of sexiness to it. We take something very fancy like a sea urchin and make foam out of it.”

Don’t forget to leave room for the famous 305 dessert. It’s made from Louis XIII cognac, which costs about $4,000 a bottle. Come on, you know you’re worth it.

Chef Pawan Pinizetti: “Paired with Madagascar vanilla ice cream and 24 carat gold. This should remind you of coquito.

Gabriel D’Alambert: Phenomenal food. It’s also great. I mean, it looks like art. I would do it every night”
