NYPD cars vandalized in Lower Manhattan

Two NYPD patrol cars covered in graffiti were found in Lower Manhattan over the weekend, police said on Monday.

Police cars were parked on Varik Street between Erickson Place and North Moore Street when they were found with the words “Jesus is King” written in black ink on the back around 6:39 p.m. Sunday.

Words "Jesus is king" scrawled on the back of the car.
Police are looking for a female vandal with a black marker.

Police said they have video of a vandal woman in a yellow baseball cap running away afterward.
