NY Rangers vet Chris Kreider lists NYC pad for $3.8M

The longest-tenured New York Ranger, winger and alternate captain Chris Kreider, is listing his Tribeca pad for $3.8 million.

Kreider, known as “the Human Eclipse” due to his size and uncanny ability to set screens on goalies, bought the home at 101 Warren St. with partner Francesca Gentile in 2017, after renting there since 2013. Kreider, who hails from Massachusetts, was drafted by the Rangers in the 2009 Entry Draft.

The listing comes as the couple has found greener pastures.

“It was our first New York City apartment. During COVID, we moved out of the city and got two German shepherds who are enjoying their country life,” Gentile said.

The two-bedroom, 2½-bath home is on the 31st floor and comes with stunning city and water views.

The condo opens to a great room wrapped in glass and 11-foot-high ceilings, along with walnut floors. There’s also a chef’s kitchen, and bedrooms with custom closets and ensuite baths.

This year, Kreider became the fourth New York Ranger to score 50 goals in a single season.

The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill — and completed in 2008.

Amenities include a doorman, a concierge, a gym, a sun deck, a screening room and indoor/outdoor children’s play areas.

The listing broker is Mike Lubin of Brown Harris Stevens.
