The hotel has four guest houses, a security post, a golf course and a 250-foot beachfront, according to the Post.

There are three different houses on the site.

The complex, located between the central mansion and two additional houses, has 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The huge cost of the mansion could be due to property taxes, which the widow of Limbaugh was not going to pay.

According to Realtor.com, in 2021, the property owner had to pay $499,482 in property taxes.

The sale sets a record in the history of expensive real estate in Palm Beach.
