New Botanical Speakeasy Ready to Bloom in San Diego

The Estancia Resort in San Diego has partnered with local florist Native Poppy to transform the on-site Greenfinch Bar into a flower-filled wonderland known as Estancia in Bloom Botanical Speakeasy. Expect a blooming secret garden with an abundance of bold floor-to-ceiling floral installations, as well as a menu of holiday bubbles, colorful cocktails and tantalizing little snacks. Opening Friday, March 10, the pop-up will open every day from 4pm to 10pm during the spring season and possibly beyond.
Ten acres on the shoreline of La Jolla Cliff, the Estancia Hotel is located near the UC San Diego campus in the affluent coastal area of La Jolla. The resort features 210 spacious rooms and suites and over 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. The hotel also has numerous dining options including Mustangs & Burros, Greenfinch Restaurant & Bar, Haven Bar & Grill, Blend Café and Secret Garden. In late 2021, Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa was acquired by the Pebblebrook Hotel Trust for $108 million and is now managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts.
