Missing woman searched in Tamara

TAMARAC, Florida. (WSVN) – Authorities are asking the public for help in finding a woman who went missing in Tamarack for two weeks.

Annette Mohammed, 52, was last seen near the 8800 block of West McNab Road around 10 a.m. Friday, January 13, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

Mohammed is 5’5″, weighs about 170 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

What she was last seen in, the investigators did not specify.

Mohammed’s family told detectives that she was suffering from an illness requiring treatment.

Officials are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to call BSO Detective Leonard Charla at 954-321-4278 or the BSO emergency number at 954-764-HELP (4357).
