MCTXSheriff arrests two for burglary in Conroe

KONROE, TX – January 21, 2023 at approximately 1:45 AM, MCTX sheriff’s deputies responded to a business alarm in the 14000 block of FM 1485 radio station in Conroe. Upon arrival, the police found a hole in the side wall of the building and a dark SUV driving away from the scene. The deputies chased the SUV and held a stop where the driver was identified as Keyuna Jackson of Houston.

During the stop, deputies witnessed a man emerge from behind trees north of the business; the man was apprehended and identified as Nicholas Sanchez, also from Houston. During a conversation with Sanchez, the deputies noticed something on his face and clothes that looked like pieces of yellow insulation and drywall dust. A saw was found at the scene, and the second saw was in the SUV.

Jackson and Sanchez were taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where they were charged with burglary of a building.
