SAN DIEGO (CUSI) – San Diego Democratic Mayor Todd Gloria delivered the 2023 State of the City Address Wednesday night.

The appeal comes after San Diego voters were “cheated” into approving a new trash tax, an ongoing drive to introduce a hugely unpopular mileage tax, the highest gas and electricity rates in the country, set to double from this time in the past. year, and the homeless population in the city center.
