Man mortally wounded outside store in Riviera Beach

RIVIERA BEACH, Florida. Police said the man was fatally shot Monday afternoon in Riviera Beach.

The shooting occurred shortly after 3:00 p.m. on the 3300 block of President Barack Obama’s highway.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Avenue M and West 32nd Street near a store.

The victim, whose name has not been released, died at the scene, police said.

A witness told WPTV reporter Kamrel Eppinger that there was some sort of disagreement between the shooter and the victim and one shot was fired.

There were no arrests.
