Man Faces Burglary Charges Following Court Appearance in Hamilton
Hamilton Township Man Arrested and Charged with Vehicle Burglary
Hamilton Township Police Department recently reported that Jewels C. Davis was apprehended on August 1, 2023, and faced charges of burglary. The incident occurred on July 28, 2023, in the parking lot of the Hamilton Township Court on 1270 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd.
According to the police, the alleged crime took place shortly after Davis appeared in court for an unrelated matter. Following his court appearance, Davis proceeded to a parked vehicle and unlawfully entered it, stealing personal belongings belonging to the victim.
Upon arrest, Davis reportedly admitted to his actions, providing a full confession. The suspect has since been processed and is currently awaiting trial for the charges brought against him.
