Man dead after being struck by car while attempting to cross highway, police say

SAN ANTONIO — A man was struck by a car and killed Monday night as he tried to cross a busy highway, police said.

This happened on Loop 410 right before the Babcock exit. The driver stayed on the scene until police arrived, and isn’t expected to face any charges.
