The other defendant, Ivan Speed, was convicted on the same day as Miller. Speed’s charges were reduced to a misdemeanor, he was sentenced to one year of probation in court, including a ban from leaving a Louis Vuitton store, and he must pay restitution, the district attorney’s office said.
