Lee County Clerk Waives Operation Green Light Toll Fees

LEE COUNTY, Florida. County Clerk Lee is giving drivers with suspended licenses or past due traffic tickets a chance to get back on the road during this year’s Operation Green Light.

Anyone with cases in the collection will be allowed to pay legal fees and fines without being charged a 25% collection surcharge.

The annual operation will take place from March 13 to 24 weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Lee Clerk offices in downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Special Overtime Hours will be held from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, March 17 and 24 at our downtown Fort Myers office.

Traffic fines must be paid in full, but clients can take advantage of an affordable monthly plan to pay criminal court fees.
