HPD: Man shot to death in north Houston after altercation over woman

HOUSTON – Houston Police are looking for a gunman who they say shot the man after two separate altercations.

The two men got into an argument over a woman the day before, according to police. That night, they ran into each other again when the argument turned violent, with one of the men pulling out a gun and shooting the other several times.

Paramedics performed CPR on the man when they took him to Ben Taub Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Meanwhile, HPD said they have a good description of the suspect and possibly his name, but will not release that information for now.
