Attending the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo can be expensive, even after you’ve bought tickets to competitions and concerts and received an NRG Park pass.

Before the annual event kicks off on February 28, Houston residents can save some money by purchasing half-price tickets for carnival rides and food. They will be on sale through February 25 at rodeohouston.com.

The $10 half-price carnival package, which according to Rodeo is $50, includes 22 ride and game tickets, four refreshment coupons (which require refreshment purchases), and additional “Buy One Get One Free” options for one trips. and one game. The $50 half-price package, which costs $159.50, includes 150 ride and game tickets, nine refreshment coupons (which require purchases), three play opportunities with buy one, get one free, and two coupons. , get one free chance on rides.
