Gov. Newsom Proposes $22.5 Billion State Budget Deficit

SAN DIEGO (CUSI). On January 10, Governor Gavin Newsom presented his 2023-2024 budget proposal.

His focuses included spending on homelessness and spending on fentanyl prophylaxis.
