Experienced Fintech Executive Neha Komma Joins Nav as VP of Product
Nav, the leading small business financial health platform, announced the appointment of Neha Komma as VP of Product. In her role, Comma will define and drive a product strategy to support Nav’s business as a whole as they expand their customer base and solidify their position as the only financial health app that combines cash flow tools, access to information about credit reports and financing options to help small businesses. business owners understand what they can qualify for before they apply.
Komma has spent the last decade creating products and experiences that scale to serve millions of people in their daily lives. Prior to Nav, she worked at Robinhood, where she served as Product Lead and board member of Robinhood Crypto. Prior to joining Robinhood, she worked on the product and development teams at Coinbase, Airbnb, and Facebook.
The hiring comes on the heels of Nav’s explosive growth in 2022, growing its user base to over 1.7 million small businesses and growing its headcount by over 50% over the past year. Growth includes three key executives: Head of Data and Engineering Michelle Davis of FICO and Acorns, VP of Engineering Gian Perrone of Square, and now Komma.
