Dr Pepper launches new flavor: Strawberry Cream
Dr Pepper adds a new long-lasting flavor to its beverage portfolio.
Strawberries and cream soda will hit shelves across the country sometime in February, Keurig Dr Pepper said in a press release.
The company said the new twist is “the original 23 Dr Pepper flavors blended with layers of refreshing strawberry flavor and a smooth, creamy finish.”
This spring, Dr Pepper will launch an advertising campaign for strawberries and cream.
Strawberry cream isn’t the only new flavor on the soda shelves.

In January, Pepsi launched Starry lemon-lime soda to replace Sierra Mist and compete with Sprite.
Starry “has a more pronounced citrus flavor that matches the fruit flavor and is more aromatic, providing a more balanced, clean and fresh finish than Sierra Mist,” a company spokesman said.
Starry is already available in stores, but Pepsi is planning a massive Starry rollout in the coming months, including a national advertising campaign and major sports and entertainment partnerships.
