Crash in Osceola County kills 1 child and 1 adult, military says

COUNTY COUNTY, Florida. A child and an adult were killed in a two-vehicle collision in Osceola County on Thursday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The soldiers said they responded to an accident on state road 60 near Peevin Road around 12:30 p.m.

According to the FHP, one child and one adult died at the scene, and several people were injured.

The roadway will be closed while the accident is being investigated.
