Clave partners with Santander Consumer to issue and service digital loans

Clave Créditos SA, a fintech subsidiary of Clave in Latin America, and Santander Consumer SA, a Santander Group company, announce an agreement with Clave to issue and service digital consumer loans in Argentina.

The partnership combines Clave’s cutting-edge technology with Santander Consumer’s access to capital and an extensive network of operations in 23 countries serving more than 25 million customers.

Clave combines two distinct competencies – technology and structured lending – to modernize finance markets in Latin America. With the completion of a seed investment round in 2022 of more than $7 million led by seasoned executives with years of hands-on experience in finance, technology and Latin America, Clave is pursuing its growth plans for 2023.
