CONROE, TX — The City of Conroe informs all customers that we have partnered with WaterSmart Software to offer access to a state-of-the-art digital portal where you can access detailed information about your property’s water use. You can access your portal on any mobile device or web browser at:

The customer portal allows customers to view hourly usage of their property, set notifications for abnormal usage, and explore water saving practices.

To sign up for this free service, enter your water billing account number, look at the top right corner of your monthly bill, or call us at 936-522-3170.

The portal will provide access and information on hourly data, leak monitoring and advice on saving money when using water.
