Austin, Texas – CapMetro issued an apology Tuesday after the train derailment caused delays over the weekend.
Fans of the Austin Football Club took to social media to express their displeasure at the cut in rail service caused by the incident.
In a series of tweets, CapMetro confirmed that the train had derailed due to an accident near Leander Station.
Despite this, on Saturday, February 25, CapMetro called its services “substandard” and stated that the plans were not carried out to the required quality.
