California GOP Chairman Jessica Millan Patterson on the state of the Republican Party in 2024

SAN DIEGO (CUSI) – California Republicans, who won 5 pickups in 2 cycles, were instrumental in securing a majority in the House of Representatives, which is now led by California House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

California GOP Chairwoman Jessica Millan Patterson told KUSI News that their blue state success was the result of aggressive ground play, community engagement, top candidates, and an effort to keep the election fair.

Millan Patterson added that the party is already busy recruiting candidates for 2024 in hopes of securing even more seats, as well as those opening due to term limits.
