Bold Penguin Expands Account & Operations Team

Bold Penguin, the leading integrated digital solution platform designed to simplify small business insurance, announced Dan Brown as Vice President of Operations, Agency Partners and Nate Walsh as Vice President of Operations, Exchange.

Founded in 2016 for Insurance Agents and Insurance Agents, Bold Penguin is on a mission to make commercial insurance more efficient for all parties. The two newly created positions will focus on strengthening partnerships between Bold Penguin agents and businesses.

Brown will oversee the Customer Success organization and help streamline segmentation and collaboration with agencies and corporate partners. Walsh will strategically manage the operations and growth of the Bold Penguin Exchange. The Exchange platform allows agents to send and receive small business leads who need insurance.

Prior to joining Bold Penguin, Brown was Vice President of Partnerships for the PURE Insurance Group and held positions with Nationwide Insurance and Chubb Insurance. Walsh previously served as Vice President of Sales and Relationship Management at Corvus Insurance and has held positions at Plymouth Rock Assurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Brown received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. Walsh graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Dartmouth.
