SAN ANTONIO — New developments in a suspicios death have left two families with more frustration and police looking for new leads.

Over the weekend, police found a body in a ditch near a hospital at Judson and Toepperwein Rd. Rex Hammond says it’s the body of his brother, Keith Hammond, nu police have not yet confirmed the identity. Recently, Keith was named as a perosn of interest in the death of his girlfriend, Laura Briseno, whose body was found last month in the same ditch.

The Uvalde CISD will meet Monday evening and one big thing on the agenda is a discussion about the retirement of the superintendent.

Police are still trying to figure out what caused neighbors to shoot at each other at an aprtment complex, resulting in the death of two of them.
