Bilingual Japanese English Storytime by Austin Japan Community

Our monthly bilingual story is coming!!! We will present “Japanese New Year Celebration” and “Setsubun Bean Throwing Festival” with paper theater called “Kamishibai”, Japanese books and songs translated into English!

The “Make and Take” crafts after the story include a kite and an origami daruma (Japanese wish plate) decoration. Surprise for all the kids at the end!

Professional photo studio Nappy Time Portraits set up a beautiful New Year’s photo booth so that all guests can admire their cameras / smartphones after crafts! You can’t miss this opportunity!!
