Bahamian Casino Mogul Sells Miami Waterfront Mansion for $28.2 Million

Sebastian Bastian, CEO of Bahamian casino company Island Luck, has sold his luxurious Miami mansion for $28.2 million.

Newly built three-storey house, located in the Venetian Islands, consists of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Bastian, at over 13,400 square feet, bought the home in 2019 for $7.75 million before it was refurbished, meaning he made a significant profit.

The three-story home, designed by Todd Michael Glaser, was completed in 2021 and boasts panoramic waterfront views.

Features include floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, a custom-made marble breakfast bar, a movie theater, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and a 10-foot infinity pool.

There is also an unobstructed view of the Miami skyline.

Chad Carroll, Eli Feitelson and Korina Evaniuk of The Carroll Group represented the sellers in the OTC transaction, while Jaime Blatt of the Inside Network represented the buyer.

Miami home prices have skyrocketed in recent years.

Prices in South Florida will increase by 3.4% in 2023, according to Realtor.com’s latest 2023 forecast.

“The 2023 housing market could be a nobody’s market, unfriendly to either buyers or sellers,” writes Daniel Hale, chief economist at Realtor.com.
