Authorities probe injuries sustained by man in arm, leg, and hand

A man was found with multiple cuts just west of downtown early Tuesday morning, prompting a police investigation into the incident. The San Antonio Police responded to the 100 block of North Medina Street, near North Frio Street and West Commerce Street, after receiving reports of a cutting at around 2:35 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim with wounds on his leg, arm, and palm.
