CHILD EXPLOITATION DIVISION

AT Bexar County, Gilbert Jimenez Jr. was arrested on December 8 on three counts of possession of child pornography. This case was sourced from a report by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline regarding the uploading of child pornography images to a social media platform.

AT Bexar CountyEduardo Picasso II was arrested on December 7 on a warrant for possession of child pornography. This case was derived from two NCMEC CyberTipline reports regarding the uploading of child pornography files to online accounts.

AT Bexar CountyJonathan Ryan Nicholas was arrested on December 6 on five counts of possession of child pornography. The case came in the form of several NCMEC CyberTipline reports related to the uploading of child pornography files to an online account.

DEPARTMENT FOR DETENTION OF RUNNING Fugitives

AT Anderson County, Brian Craig Stevenson, a Texas DPS top ten most wanted fugitive, was arrested on Dec. 21 on outstanding warrants for child sexual abuse, as well as additional warrants for contempt of court and providing false or fictitious information. The arrest was made while working with the East Texas Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Texas Department of Public Safety.

AT Atascos CountyPaul Estrada was arrested on December 6 on an outstanding warrant for aggravated robbery. The arrest was made while working with the United States Marshals task force to find the Lone Star fugitives from San Antonio.

AT Bexar CountyJohnny Abbs was arrested on December 29 on an outstanding warrant for violating probation related to a persistent domestic violence charge. The arrest was made while working with the United States Marshals task force to find the Lone Star fugitives from San Antonio.

AT Bexar County, Ryan Christopher Roberge was arrested on December 21 on an outstanding warrant for three counts of sexual harassment related to sexual conduct with a minor. The arrest was made while working with a task force to find the Lone Star fugitives from San Antonio.
