APEXX Global appoints Head of Account Operations

APEXX Global (“APEXX”), the award-winning global payment platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Garratt as Head of Customer Success. Louise’s appointment will help drive growth as APEXX continues to gain market share by offering merchants more efficient and cost-effective payment solutions.

Founded in 2016, APEXX combines acquirers, gateways, shopping carts and alternative payment methods into a single API connection. Its platform is partner agnostic, transparent, and integrated to provide a “one-stop solution” for merchants by adopting a “seller first” approach. APEXX also provides a BNPL aggregator through its APEXX Connect platform, helping to improve customer experience, cart value, and conversion rates.

Louise has a wealth of experience in the payments ecosystem, having held positions at Virgin Atlantic where she led the company’s global payments strategy and leading insurance company LV=. Following this, Louise became a Senior Payments Manager at easyJet, where she created the payment system for the newly established easyJet Holidays business, and led the upcoming secure customer authentication requirements and their impact on the airline. Most recently, Louise was Senior Manager, International Consumer Payments at The Walt Disney Company, where she led all of Direct-to-Consumer’s EMEA businesses. In this role, Louise has managed a wide range of stakeholders across streaming, retail, parks and resorts.
