Investigators believe the girls were kidnapped by their grandmother. They were last seen shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday at Cici’s pizzeria near the Central Expressway and Virginia Parkway in McKinney.

The girls were cared for by their off-custodial father, along with CPS, who temporarily took care of the sisters.

Police said a CPS officer called 911 when the grandmother showed up and picked up the sisters.

No details about what led to the girls being found safe and sound, or where they have been for the past couple of days, have been released.
