According to police, 4 people shot at a Texas City apartment complex.

TEXAS CITY, Texas. Four people were injured in a shooting Wednesday night at an apartment complex in Texas City, police said.

Two women and a man were found in the apartment with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Texas City police. Another woman, who was shot in the back, was admitted to the district hospital in critical condition, police said.

The man who took her to the hospital was questioned.

Police said there were two children in the apartment, but they were not injured.

It is not clear what led to the shooting.
